Bought car and found that there was major damage underneath. No return. Wouldn’t work with me. Said they weren’t aware of any issues with car when I asked them about it. All I was told was “I’m sorr underneath. No return. Wouldn’t work with me. Said they weren’t aware of any issues with car when I asked them about it. All I was told was “I’m sorry”. The axils were bad and the two front tires needed replacing. Mechanic said car was unsafe to drive and I found this out after I left the lot and drove home on the interstate. The axils could have broken coming home which could have caused my death or another’s. Janson or Lee didn’t seem concerned about that at all. Not to mention that I used all of my savings to purchase a crappy car that was not safe to drive. I’m very disappointed in this business. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! !!!!!!!!!! I purchased a 2017 ford fusion Hybrid from here and had the car for 3 days and the transmission went out.... I called and spoke with Jansen !!!!!!!!!! I called and spoke with Jansen he said he would have to Talk to Lee and figure out what they could do to make it right..... Lee called me back and was a total xxx his exact words were there is no Leamon law in Alabama so we can't and want fix anything. I bought it as is.... and I totally understand that if I had had the car for a while, but I literally had it not even a full 3 days. It's ridiculous they wouldn't do anything to fix it...When u have a business u do anything you can to help your costumers and ensure they are pleased with their purchase... Yeah not this place they truly are sorry as xxxx... SO now I am out $3,600.00 for a new transmission and $2,400.00 in Labor having the Car fixed. SO, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE More

We were shopping for a used vehicle for my 16 year old and had a very tight budget when we came across 3 dealerships in the Birmingham area. We visited each. Took a drive in each of the cars that we saw online. 1 dealership was an automatic NO as the car was a rebuilt title. This dealership + 1 more were in the running. We compared both, and compared the amount of work needed to be done, we knew no car was perfect. Southside won- Purchased the car, put a set of tires and got a few minor things addressed and our little one was happy. Not looking for a unicorn. They were beyond fair. More

I had been car shopping for a minute now and finally came across a lot where no one was rushing me. I was given room to check out and test drive what I wanted without anyone being too pushy.
